CELL PHONES

This is a digital detox atmosphere; it is encouraged to silent all cell phones or electronic devices upon arrival.

CHILDREN / GUEST

This practice is designed as an adult environment, please leave the little ones at home… after all this is your time! No additional guest allowed; this is a one-on-one service studio.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive on time. All appointments have been designed to allow all appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive extended treatment. 

SAFETY

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses. During your consultation, we will customize your service to ensure your safety and benefit.  * Please note that we are not wheelchair accessible. 

PRICES & SERVICES

All prices and services are subject to change. We will do our best to keep clients up to date on any changes that may occur. It is encouraged that all clients inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.  All services are non-refundable.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, please note that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 days prior to your scheduled time by contacting us by telephone 917.557.5049 or via emailing hello@skinbysharon.com. In the event you must cancel or reschedule within the 3 days of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total service fee with the credit card saved on file. Same day cancellations, reschedules or no shows will be charged 100% of full-service fee with the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. New clients consult and/or service will forfeit their deposit. No call/no shows will no longer have access to book.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

An active credit card will be asked to keep on file for future appointments. Credit card payments will not be processed without due cause. This card will only be charged pertaining to the cancelation/rescheduling policy.

RETURNS

All products and services are nonrefundable

PACKAGES

All packages must be redeemed within a year of purchase. 

EGIFT CARDS

All eGift cards must be redeemed within a year of purchase.

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards only.

GRATUITIES 

Gratuity is completely optional. However, if you leave gratuity; it is greatly appreciated and entirely based on your satisfaction.
